Column Designations:
1. I - I value on MM5 grid 
2. J - J value on MM5 grid
3. Latitude (degrees)
4. Longitude (degrees)
5. Terrain height (m)
6. Land Use category (11 = permanant ice, 7 = water, 14=sea ice (this varies
by day, so 14 really just means water)
