This file contains the annual means (23 years from 1979-2001) of the moisture variables described below.  Note that the precipitation and evaporation fields are totaled (not averaged) for each year, then averaged over 23 years.

Column Designations:
1. I - I value on MM5 grid 
2. J - J value on MM5 grid
3. YEAR - Year over which average is taken
4. DUMMY1 - Not used in this case
5. DUMMY2 - Not used in this case
6. DUMMY3 - Not used in this case
7. Cloud Fraction (unitless; ranges from 0 to 1)
8. Average annual total precipitation (mm)
9. Average annual total evaporation (mm)
10. Annual average column integrated cloud water (mm)
11. Annual average column integrated rain (mm)
12. Annual average column integrated cloud ice (mm)
13. Annual average column integrated snow (mm)
14. Annual average column precipitable water (mm)
