Description:
This file contains the long-term seasonal means (23 years from 1979-2001) of the heat and moisture flux variables at the surface, as well as the surface and ground temperatures (to compute sub-surface fluxes), as described below. Note that for ALL fluxes, the positive sign convention is toward the surface.  

Format:
This file is ASCII text, with 4 each 121 x 121 grids

Column Designations:
1. I - I value on MM5 grid 
2. J - J value on MM5 grid
3. YEAR - this variable doesn't matter in this case, since the data is a 23-year mean from 1979-2001.
4. MONTH1 - first month used in seasonal mean
5. MONTH2 - second month used in seasonal mean
6. MONTH3 - third month used in seasonal mean
7. Latent Heat Flux (W/m^2)
8. Sensible Heat Flux (W/m^2)
9. Outward (at surface) Longwave radiation (W/m^2) 
10. Downward (at surface) Longwave radiation (W/m^2) 
11. Reflected (at surface) shortwave radiation (W/m^2)
12. Incoming (at surface) shortwave radiation (W/m^2)
13. Ground Temperature (surface)
14. Temperature at XX cm below surface
15  Temperature at XXX cm below the surface
